Bodega y Vinedos Maires Toro Ademan Carabizal Roble

On to the reds! The Bodega y Vinedos Maires Toro Ademan Carabizal Roble is a wonderful tempranillo. It has the weight I am looking for in a wine this time of year, but still has the freshness of berries and a touch of oak. Two cousins created this winery in 2015 “with the aim of resuming their winemaker ancestors’ activity and thus be present in Toro appellation of origin.” Pretty cool!
