We love a Babera here at The Genny! This one by Cantine Valpane finds a place on our shelves from time to time. With lots of cherry backed up by warm spice it’s hard to complain. It lingers with a touch of acidity. Before Spring comes, this would be great with a hearty beef stew… but again is really versatile.
