Cerro la Barca, Vegas Altas Eva De Los Santos, 2017

This organic white from Spain is made with Beba grapes, a newcomer to our Wine Club selections. It has an interesting blend of orange-citrus and pear-apple fruit flavors. Straw-coloured and very bright. Very expressive aromas of white fruits (pear and apple). Small touch of aniseed aromas, which is very particular of this variety. It is a crowd pleaser with a sweet touch even though it is a dry wine, with well balanced acid. It has a bitter touch typical of this variety at the finish.
