Quinta de Saes Tinto

Alvaro Castro has been the winemaker for his family’s properties in the Dão region of Portugal. He is highly regarded and believes “wine is made in the vineyard,” so he uses no intervention when making his wine. This is just a beautifully elegant red full of bright notes of cherry and lively minerality.
