Notes From Our Founders: Week of March 10th, 2025

One of the most common refrains we hear from customers, new and old alike, is: "There are so many things in here!"  We have certainly tucked items into every nook and cranny of this place, and are feeling the need for a little more elbow room...but the process of stocking our shelves is something we take great care and pride in and is fundamental to what makes us unique.

We don't rely on a single grocery distributor to select our sku’s and stock our store. Rather, every item is hand-picked and our product mix is curated to offer our customers a robust, diverse and dynamic selection of goods. This means we work with over 200 vendors, from large national grocery suppliers, to regional food hubs, and the farmers and artisans right down the road. We love trying new things, getting recommendations, and responding to customer needs and requests.  We hope to encompass both an expansive and adventurous food horizon and a grounded sense of place within the four-walled landscape of our store.
