Grüner Leader Barbara Ohlzelt

Winemaker Barbara Ohhlzelt has crafted an amazing Grüner Veltliner with this one! From her small operation in the Kamptal region of Austria, Barbara is known for growing & harvesting from less-than-expected vineyard sites. However, it’s purposeful; the variety of soils, light patterns, and micro-climates these grapes grew in lead to a fantastic bottle. Tropical-lime flavors are bolstered with savory acidity, hints of spice, and a pleasant flinty-minerality. Try this one alongside a rich carbonara with salty pancetta for an amazing meal!
