Limited Addition Red Blend

That’s right, Limited ‘Addition’, from Limited Wines is all about combining some of Willamette Valley’s best grapes to create a balanced bottle. While it’s typical for Oregon Pinot Noirs to see the addition of tartaric acid to up their acidity, Limited opted instead to add more acidic grapes. The result: the ‘trilogy blend’ of Pinot Noir, Gamay, and Trousseau. This bottle’s meant to be a great Pinot Noir, accented by the brightness of Gamay and underpinned by the fruity earthiness of Trousseau. Try it with lamb, duck, or mushroom ragu.
