Where’s Linus? Sauvignon Blanc

This wine is a lightly hazy, unfiltered Sauvignon Blanc from HRSV Vineyard in Upper Lake, CA. It has great notes of gooseberry and citrus, without being as overly ‘grapefruity’ as some New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs. This vintage has an addition of 8% Chardonnay from Andrew's Vineyard in Suisun Valley, California which adds a bit of depth while playing nice with its overall green and tropical brightness. Certified sustainable farming for the grapes, native yeast fermentation, no fining agents used and no additives save for a small amount of sulfites. This one’s a versatile palette refresher. Enjoy!
