Clos des Fous Cabernet Sauvignon

Have we been to Chile? This is a unique Cabernet Sauvignon, grown with minimal intervention in Chile’s Valle del Cachapoal, a challenging region to raise vineyards to begin with. Dark fruit flavors mirror this wine’s dark violet color, alongside a hint of tobacco/pepper. Smooth but tannic, it really impressed!
