If you asked us to boil down our business strategy to pinpoint the essence of The Genny’s success, we would be hard-pressed to come up with a cut and dry answer.

That said, one word that has always come up for us–and feels like maybe the most true distillation– is adaptability…that chameleon-like capacity to adjust to ever-changing conditions is our superpower; and it's a superpower that only works in conversation.

We have been here listening, but you, our customers, have been here talking to us. We earnestly believe that this is a community store and we LOVE hearing from you.
